How aliens can get advance parole to travel to the United States

DAR launches Farm Business School

(Jopo Guerrero)   The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) recently launched a Farm Business School (FBS) at Brgy. Macupit in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte. The program aims to enhance the farming and entrepreneurial abilities of the beneficiaries. Initially, there are 30 vegetable farmers who will undergo 30 training sessions and group-based experiential learning activities. The FBS is a collaboration of DAR, Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) and the local government unit of Bacarra. Engr. Vic M.
