By Dominic B. dela Cruz Staff reporter LAOAG CITY—In pursuit of providing the most number of Laoagueños with standard-based and sustainable water supply and services, the partnership between the Ilocos Norte Water District (INWD) and PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. (PrimeWater) took another huge step as it celebrated on January 30, 2018 the groundbreaking of its new source development project at Brgy. 29.
