Balitang Ilocano and Bad Circle outreach program

BALITANG ILOCANO AND BAD CIRCLE OUTREACH PROGRAM. Dr. Miramar Bumanglag of Batac Puericulture and Family Planning Center joined the outreach program of Balitang Ilokano and Bad Circle Runners in Laoag City.
