CAMP BGEN OSCAR M FLORENDO—65 police commissioned officers (PCOs) with the ranks of Police Superintendent down to Inspector formally started the Investigation Officers Basic Course (IOBC) after a simple opening ceremony here on December 17. IOBC is a regular mandatory course for PCOs to enhance their investigative skills and competency in the line of police work. The approved budget amounts to a total of P922,882,142 where majority of the amount goes to health sector reform as the provincial government’s priority agenda.   Provincial board member Vicenti to M.
