The new facility is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of adolescents aged 10 to 19 years old. More than just a clinic, it is a welcoming environment where teens can talk about their concerns, get support, and access services such as general health checkups and medical consultations, mental health care and psychosocial support, sexual and reproductive health education and services, nutritional counseling, substance use prevention, teenage pregnancy, care and assistance for survivors of violence and abuse. The facility is located at the OPD Pediatric Clinic and is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

According to hospital officials, “the opening this facility means more than an institutional milestone—it’s a promise to the youth of Ilocos Norte, that they are not alone and that their health, voices, and future matter deeply”.
