District (INWD) and PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. (PrimeWater) took another
huge step as it celebrated on January 30, 2018 the groundbreaking of its new

The partnership will soon

increased water pressure and water availability, especially in preparation for

essential to everyday life, from the needs of a household up to the operations
of different businesses,” Laoag mayor Chevylle V. Fariñas said during the
event.
She added that she is “very
supportive” and “confident” that the partnership can provide for the water
needs of the people of Laoag and to that of the Province of Ilocos Norte.

services is the joint goal of the INWD and PrimeWater, and they remain resolute
