Centered on the theme, “MDOs as Catalysts of Change towards Migration and Development”, the activity aims to convene MDOs and enlighten and further hone their knowledge on migration and development as key personnel in their respective LGUs in promoting awareness on those topics that will pave way for better opportunities in their LGUs.

The activity was divided into two activities—the seminar proper and the awards night, which highlighted the event.
