o’clock in the afternoon. Any person who has any cause or reason against the
grant of the petition may file a verified written opposition thereto received
by the undersigned before the date of the summary hearing.
Let this Order be published at least once before the
aforesaid hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of
Ilocos norte, Laoag City and City of Batac at the expense of the petitioner.
