Batac distributes school equipment for SY 2019-2020

Batac City—In preparation for the upcoming school year 2019-2020, the city government here distributed equipment to the different schools in this city on July 9, 2020 at the Imelda Cultural Center.

Batac Mayor Albert D. Chua, in his speech during the turnover ceremony, assured that the city government will continue to support the city schools’ division here, especially on the implementation of learning continuity programs in the “new normal”.

Mr. Chua said the purchased school equipment comes from the city government’s special education fund (SEF). 

The city government turned over five units of photocopier to Payao Elementary School and the Batac National High School-Payao and Rayuray, GARSHS and FEMSHS;

Three units of refrigerator to the elementary schools in Baoa, Benigno Macadaeg and Camandingan;

Three units of electric pressure pumps to the elementary schools in Baligat, Sumader, Magnuang, Nagbacalan and Naguirangan-Capacuan;

Five units of stainless-steel tank to elementary schools in Baligat, Nagbacalan, Naguirangan-Capacuan and Sumader and CBNHS-Rayuray;

Five units “Smart TV” to the elementary schools in Camandingan, Cumcumraas, HVMES, Rayuray and San Mateo;

Three units of refrigerator to the elementary schools in Baoa, Benigno Macadaeg and Camandingan;

Five units of printer to elementary schools in Baoa, Benigno Macadaeg, MMMES, Nagbacalan and Naguirangan-Capacuan;

Three units of laptop to elementary schools in Parangopong, Quiling and Colo-Mabaleng;

Five units of tablet to elementary schools I Baoa, Camandingan, Rayuray, Cumcumraas and BNHS;

One unit of projector to Cumcumraas Elementary School; and one unit mixer and one powered speaker system to Colo-Mabaleng ES;

Nine units of sound system to elementary schools in Baay, Baoa, Billoca, Bininggan, Dariwdiw, Maipalig-Quiom, Pimentel, Tabug and CBNHS-Rayuray.

In a random interview with the beneficiaries, they expressed their thanks and appreciation to the present administration headed by Mr. Chua for continuously supporting the city’s education sector.

They assured that they will use the equipment properly.
