Batanes Governor Marilou Cayco, Ilocos Sur Congressman and Deputy House Speaker Deogracia Savellano, Ilocos Norte Vice Governor Cecilia Araneta-Marcos, Batac Mayor Albert D. Chua, Bayongbong Nueva Viscaya Mayor Ralph Lantion, San Nicolas Vice Mayor Edistio Valdez, SP member Donald Nicolas, Mrs. Mary Ang and MMSU President Dr. Shirley Agrupis were also on hand during the celebration. Free dormitories eyed for Nueva Era students in LC, Batac
