“Upon extra-judicial amended petition
for sale under Act 3135, as amended, filed by COOPERATIVE BANK OF ILOCOS NORTE,
with principal office and place of business at Brgy. San Pablo, San Nicolas
Ilocos Norte against SPS. RODOLFO A. GARCIA & EVA P. GARCIA of Brgy. Pantay
Daya, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur but currently residing at Gertrudes Andres
Residence, Greenville Subdivision Villarica, Midsayap, North Cotabato, to
satisfy the mortgaged indebtedness which as of July 31, 2016 amounts to FOUR
HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY THREE & 53/100 (P499,643.53)
PESOS ONLY, exclusive of accrued interests, attorney’s fees, penalties and
other incidental charges accruing from the filing of the application in
accordance with the stipulations in the said mortgage or contract and the
expenses of this foreclosure, the undersigned or his duly authorized deputy
will sell at public auction on October 17, 2016 at ten o’clock (10:00) in the
morning and soon thereafter at the Office of the Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio,
Regional Trial Curt, Marcos Hall of Justice, Laoag City, to the highest bidder,
for cash and in Philippine Currency, all rights, shares and participation which
the mortgagors Sps. Rodolfo and Eva Garcia the real properties together with
the improvements existing thereon, to wit:

00-024-01183. Bounded on the North by 033; on the East by Road, 014; South by
014; and West by 033. It has a market value of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND (18,000.00)
PESOS and assessed value of THREE
THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED (3,600.00) PESOS ONLY.
A residential Single-Detached House designated as
Cadastral Lot No. 5825-Part, containing a floor area of 50 square meters, under
Tax Declaration No. 00-024-01184. It is constructed with G.I sheets. It has a
market value of FIFTY THOUSAND (P50,000.00) PESOS ONLY.
This instrument shall be
registered under RA 3344 as amended.

A parcel of land (Fishpond and Residential lot) designated

by 030; East by 013,012; South by 013 and West by 011. It has total market
value of TWENTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY (P21,480.00) PESOS and
assessed value of FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINE (P4,990.00) PESOS ONLY.
This instrument shall be
registered under RA 3344 as amended.
In the event the public auction should not take place on
the said date, it shall be held on October 24, 2016 without further notice.
Prospective buyers may investigate for
themselves the property hereunder above-described and encumbrances thereon, if
any there be.
