Act No. 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that JONATHAN GIMAYEN AGCAOILI has filed with this Office a petition for change of first name from “JONATHAN ROSENDO” to “JONATHAN” in the birth certificate of JONATHAN GIMAYEN AGCAOILI who was born on March 1, 1973 at Vintar, Ilocos Norte and whose parents are Novicio Agcaoili and Blesilda Gimayen.
          Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his written opposition with this Office not later than February 15, 2016.

DECISION
          IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, the petition is hereby GRANTED as judgment is hereby rendered declaring the marriage contracted by petitioner RIZZA CELINA A. LAYGO a.k.a. RIZZA CELINA R. ANICOCHE to respondent JEFFERSON R. LAYGO solemnized on December 29, 2004 at Vigan City NULL and VOID pursuant to Article 36 of the Family Code of the Philippines.
          Upon finality of this Decision, copy shall be furnished each to the Office of the Civil Registrar of Vigan City where the marriage was solemnized and the National Census and Statistics Office, Manila for their appropriate action consistent with this Decision. Let a copy of the dispositive portion of this decision be published in a newspaper of general circulation at least once. The Decree of Absolute Nullity shall be issued upon finality hereof.
          SO ORDERED.
