1st district representative Rep. Rudy C. Farinas (1st district,
Ilocos Norte) distributes 65 multi cabs to the different barangays of the province’s
first district. The allotment for the multi cabs came from his 2012 PDAF. Aside
from multi-cabs, the congressman also distributed materials for the
construction of barangay halls, box culverts, cementing, and others the requests
of barangays. The distribution was held at the Bacarra Auditorium last month
and was attended by the barangay officials who are beneficiaries. Joining the
congressman for the distribution is his daughter, Sangguniang Panlalawigan
