DANCEL has filed with this office a petition for change of first name from “MARCELO” to “ROLANDO” in the birth certificate of MARCELO DANCEL who was born on August 30, 1957 at Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte and whose parents are Juan Dancel and Genara Daliva.
