OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1 Guidelines in the Implementation of
Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172), Notice is hereby
served to the public that MERLY JALLORINA TACLAY has filed with this Office a
petition for correction of entry in sex from “MALE” to “FEMALE” in the
Certificate of Live Birth of MERLY JALLORINA TACLAY who was born on April 14,
1986 at Badoc, Ilocos Norte and whose parents are Federico B. Taclay and
Perlita B. Jallorina.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his
written opposition with this Office not later than November 10, 2014.

Notice is hereby
given that the surviving direct heirs of FLORA FAYLOGA et. al. and heirs of DON
VALERIANO FAYLOGA who are the registered owners of the parcels of land located
along Brgy. Caparispisan, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte with an aggregate area more or
less than 144 hectares as the maximum allowable by the law based on the
decision per Land Case No. 127-LRC Record No. N-3994, dated June 1997 issued by
the Court of First Instance (CFI) of Ilocos Norte and Laoag City Second
Judicial District Branch V- Bangui; that they hereby cancel or revoke
permanently the SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY ISSUED TO VINCENT ALAN E. CALUYA for
gross violation of laws, without consulting and approval of all PRINCIPAL
OWNERS of the titled land/Lot, he dispose, sell or appointing to his whole
members of his family and other people who are not authorized or entitled to
said titled Land/Lot, specifically located at Caparispisan, Pagudpud, Ilocos
Norte; that they hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT MR. CORNELIO FAYLOGA
CASTILLO, JR. and VANESSA FAYLOGA REJUSO their IRREVOCABLE ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, to
do for and in behalf place and stead, the following to wit: to process, sign
documents and follow up their application for the titling of the aforesaid
parcels of land in the name of the surviving heirs of Flora Fayloga, Delfina
Jamias et. al., heirs of the late Don Valeriano Fayloga to register the same
with the appropriate government agency; to enter into an agreement with any
available FINANCIAL INSTITUTION who are willing to provide financial
requirements, subject to term and condition made by the appointed
Attorney-in-fact and the verified lawful and authorized Financial Institution;
