Petition for Declaration for the Summary Declaration of Presumptive Death of
Absent Spouse Jovelyn C. Jacobo Under Art. 41 of the Family Code of the
Philippines filed by petitioner Avelino P. Perez of Brgy. Lacub, Batac City,
Ilocos Norte c/o Crisostomo Law Office, through counsel, seeking the Court,
after due notice and hearing, judgment be rendered pursuant to Art. 41 of the
Family Code of the Philippines, declaring the absentee spouse absent and
presumed dead.
The Court hereby
sets the initial hearing on December 8, 2014 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon,
