petition for the adoption of Ceazar Jethro A. Balintona by Spouses Stanley M.
Ogdol and Sharon Balintona Ogdol of Brgy. 15, Valdez, Banna, Ilocos Norte,
Philippines. If the petition is granted, the registered name of the minor will
be CEAZAR JETHRO BALINTONA OGDOL.
Finding the petition to be sufficient in
form and substance the court hereby sets the hearing of the petition on January 19, 2015 at 8:30 A.M. at the
Regional Trial Court, Marcos Hall of Justice, Branch 11, Laoag City at
which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why
