premier Halloween event gets more thrilling and SPOOK-tacular this year as
Semana ti Ar-aria Festival 2014 have lots of scary and fun events that will
highlight not only the distinct tradition of Ilocanos in remembering the
deceased but will also bring out and help hone the artistry of the local
talents.
